We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist who’s ready to take full ownership of client campaigns — from strategy to execution. This isn’t just another media buying role — we need someone who can drive real ROI for our local, service-based business clients and evolve into a team leader within our agency.
Platform Expertise: Google Ads + Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Scope: You’ll manage the entire ad pipeline — offer strategy, audience research, creative input, ad builds, testing, optimization, and reporting
Client Type: Local, service-based businesses (one account to start, with potential to scale)
Reporting: You'll be expected to track key KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC, lead quality, etc.) and report internally
Taking full creative & strategic ownership of campaigns
Leading ad strategy based on client goals and industry
Supervising or creating ad creatives (images, videos, headlines, copy)
Iterating campaigns quickly based on performance data
Collaborating with a team (but not communicating with clients directly)
Go High Level (must have experience)
Canva / Adobe Suite / CapCut for ad creatives
Optional tools depending on project scope (Google Docs, Sheets, Slideshows, etc.)
Freelance, performance-based: Starting at $600/month per account, with growth potential
